Sankoboa Ghana is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, accountability, and stewardship. We believe every donor has the right to:
- Know our mission, how donations support our programs, and the intended use of donated funds
- Receive timely acknowledgment and receipts for all tax-deductible contributions
- Be assured that contributions are used responsibly and in accordance with our charitable mission
- Review our publicly available financial information and organizational documents as required by law
- Have their personal and financial information kept confidential
- Ask questions about our programs, finances, and governance, and receive prompt, truthful responses
- Choose whether to receive future communications and fundraising solicitations
- Have their name omitted from public donor recognition upon request
- Be treated with respect, dignity, and appreciation regardless of the size of their contribution
- Trust that our Board of Directors exercises careful oversight of all charitable resources

DONATIONS
Online Donation Refund Policy
Sankoboa Ghana appreciates every charitable contribution made in support of our mission. Donations are generally considered final and non-refundable. However, we recognize that mistakes can occur.
Refunds may be granted if:
- A duplicate donation was made
- An incorrect donation amount was submitted due to an error
- An unauthorized credit or debit card transaction occurred
- Other exceptional circumstances, reviewed on a case-by-case basis
Requests should be made within 30 days and include:
- Donor's name
- Donation date
- Donation amount
- Preferred contact information
- Reason for the refund request
