Trinifica Fundrasier

In partnership with Trinifica, we hosted a Caribbean food fundraiser in support of rural health and education in Ghana. Pre-orders featured curry chicken, curry goat, curry shrimp, and curry chic pea served with buss up shot, alongside bake and saltfish, peanut punch, and sorrel — with delivery across the Pocono Mountain area. Thank you to everyone who ordered and supported the cause.
